The Detailed Voyage: Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Drop Anchor & Contact Support (Within 15 Days)
Before returning to port, please email our support crew at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following details in your request (a template is provided below for your convenience).
Step 2: Secure Your Cargo & Ship It Back
Once we authorize your return, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and instructions.
- Pack Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, parts, and accessories.
- Include Documentation: Print and enclose a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA email inside the box.

United States - Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable and insured service.

Upon receipt, our crew will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
Step 4: Refund or Exchange Sets Sail
For Refunds: Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Items That Must Stay Onboard (Non-Returnable)
For the safety and integrity of our specialized gear, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival. Based on our product categories, this includes:
- Marine Safety Equipment: Opened or used safety items (e.g., certain flares, EPIRBs, first aid kits) due to regulatory and safety compliance. (If sealed and unused, please contact us.)
- Personalized or Custom-Ordered Items: Any product modified, engraved, or cut to specific specifications.
- Software or Digital Navigation Products: Once the license key is accessed or downloaded.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: These will be explicitly marked at the time of purchase.
Defective Items: If you receive a faulty product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or repair under our warranty, and cover the associated shipping costs.
International Returns (For Our Global Crew)
As we serve adventurers worldwide, please note for international returns:
- You are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, or taxes incurred during the return process.
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the purchase, minus any non-refundable international transaction fees that were initially absorbed by us.
